Robinson Helicopter has received FAA certification for installation of FreeFlight Systems RA-4000 radar altimeter and FTG-410 Tone Generator audio alert safety system in Robinson R22, R44 and R66 models. FreeFlight Systems says the RA-4000 is part of the lightest-weight, lowest-cost radar altimeter solution available.

FAA STC for Robinson R44 G500H!
|
Garmin is excited to announce the approval of the STC for installation of the Garmin G500H flight display in the Robinson R44.
This STC covers all models of the R44. Those with the 10 hole instrument panel will be able to install the G500H display directly into the instrument panel. For R44's equipped with the seven or nine hole panels a PMA'd parts kit will replace the instrument panel assembly.
