Manufacturers offer different warranties. We work within their guidlines and offer fast service dealing with warranty items. Shipping costs are not covered under any warranty. Drop cords are made to order and so they are non-returnable.
For all other products there is a 15 day return policy with a 20% re-stocking fee.
